We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mid-Level) to manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and supporting talent pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid recruitment experience, and the ability to deliver efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Use various sourcing techniques including job boards, databases, referrals, and social media to attract top talent.
Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding efforts by participating in job fairs, career events, and online campaigns.
Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices in collaboration with the HR team.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, or similar)
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Solid understanding of recruitment policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
