We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire high-quality candidates across all departments. This role requires a strong understanding of workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing channels, and recruitment analytics.
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various business units.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Manage and mentor recruitment team members, driving performance and development.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing methods and optimize strategies.
Build and promote a strong employer brand through campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
Partner with external agencies, universities, and job boards as needed to expand reach.
Strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5–8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across multiple functions
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms, HR software, and recruitment tools
Deep understanding of labor market trends and best practices
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are a plus
