Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire high-quality candidates across all departments. This role requires a strong understanding of workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing channels, and recruitment analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various business units.

  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.

  • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

  • Manage and mentor recruitment team members, driving performance and development.

  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing methods and optimize strategies.

  • Build and promote a strong employer brand through campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

  • Partner with external agencies, universities, and job boards as needed to expand reach.

  • Strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting

  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment practices

  • Technology-driven talent sourcing and applicant tracking systems

  • Employer branding and candidate experience

  • Recruitment performance analytics and KPIs

  • Compliance with labor regulations and data privacy laws

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across multiple functions

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, HR software, and recruitment tools

  • Deep understanding of labor market trends and best practices

  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are a plus
