We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist (Senior Level) to lead and execute comprehensive hiring strategies that align with organizational workforce planning goals. This senior role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven recruitment execution, and a proactive approach to building diverse and high-quality talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with local and international hiring standards.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for managerial, technical, and critical roles across departments.
Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Drive employer branding efforts and represent the company at industry events, university partnerships, and networking forums.
Manage sourcing strategies across multiple channels (social media, headhunting, internal referrals, agencies).
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and guide hiring managers on best selection practices.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws (UAE/GCC), internal policies, and ethical hiring standards.
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide strategic recommendations.
Optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
Develop and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring team knowledge sharing and performance growth.
Lead onboarding coordination with HR, IT, and relevant departments to ensure a smooth handover from recruitment to operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead recruitment role
In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and market trends
Proven experience managing recruitment for leadership and specialized roles
Strong understanding of UAE/GCC labor law and compliance in hiring practices
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in ATS platforms and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading recruitment teams is a strong advantage
