Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist (Mid-Level) to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help the organization attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent. This role is responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, executing sourcing strategies, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in handling multiple roles across functions and will support talent pipeline development in alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from job requisition to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and plan recruitment timelines.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and selection decisions.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status changes.

  • Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and university outreach programs.

  • Prepare offer letters, negotiate employment terms when applicable, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) and provide regular reporting to HR management.

  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and labor laws (UAE/GCC experience preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles

  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Taleo, Workable, etc.)

  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach

  • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and local recruitment market trends

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
