Job Summary

The Senior Strategic Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing complex, high-value partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporations, vendors, institutions, and ecosystem partners. The role involves leading negotiations, designing collaborative frameworks, and aligning partnerships with broader business development and corporate strategy goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities in alignment with business goals

  • Lead partner engagement efforts, including negotiations, contract development, and onboarding

  • Design and implement joint strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business value

  • Manage ongoing relationships with strategic partners, ensuring long-term success and mutual benefit

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate partnership strategies into core operations

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics; present insights and recommendations to leadership

  • Represent the company at key industry events, partner meetings, and executive briefings

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior partnership or business development team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate alliances

  • Proven success in securing and managing strategic partnerships and complex collaborations

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and executive presence

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, partnership analytics, and contract processes

  • Ability to work across geographies, industries, and cultural contexts
