The Mid-Level Strategic Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships that align with the company’s business objectives. The role involves direct partner engagement, negotiation support, project coordination, and working cross-functionally to ensure partnership success.
Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners across relevant markets and sectors
Initiate outreach and build strong relationships with partner organizations
Support partnership proposal development, negotiations, and agreement finalization
Coordinate the execution of partnership plans, including joint marketing, events, or pilot projects
Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, operations) to align efforts and deliver value
Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports on partnership status, activities, and outcomes
Partnership sourcing and vetting

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or client management
Proven ability to manage external relationships and drive collaboration
Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and partnership tracking tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess ROI and impact of partnerships
High level of professionalism, adaptability, and initiative
