The Junior Strategic Partnerships Specialist will assist in identifying potential partners, supporting relationship management activities, and coordinating internal processes to ensure the success of partnership initiatives. The role includes administrative support, research, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and researching prospective partners aligned with business goals
Support the onboarding and coordination of new partnership agreements
Maintain partnership records, track KPIs, and assist in reporting performance outcomes
Schedule meetings, prepare briefing materials, and manage follow-up communications
Support the execution of co-branded campaigns, joint projects, and partner events
Conduct market and competitor research to provide context for partnership strategy
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, legal, operations) for smooth execution
Help maintain positive partner relationships through prompt communication and support

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Interest in business strategy, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration
