We are hiring a seasoned Senior Site Supervisor – Turbine Installations to lead field execution of complex turbine installation projects, including gas and steam turbines, across industrial and energy sectors. This leadership role requires deep technical knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of turbine erection and commissioning phases.
Lead and oversee all on-site turbine installation activities from foundation preparation through mechanical completion.
Interpret and implement OEM technical manuals, installation drawings, and method statements.
Supervise the assembly and alignment of rotors, couplings, lubrication systems, and auxiliary components.
Manage site crews, contractors, crane operators, and third-party service providers.
Liaise effectively with project managers, client representatives, QA/QC inspectors, and OEM engineers.
Mentor and guide junior supervisors and technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Ensure all activities comply with HSE regulations, LOTO procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
Conduct daily safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations as necessary.
Promote zero-incident culture and enforce the use of PPE and safe work practices.
Validate precision alignment, torque values, vibration tolerances, and preservation standards.
Manage documentation for inspections, non-conformances, mechanical completions, and handovers.
Drive quality and continuous improvement in site execution processes.
Track progress against detailed project schedules and milestones, updating stakeholders proactively.
Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and end-of-phase progress reports.
Identify and mitigate delays, material issues, or manpower constraints.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
Postgraduate or OEM training certifications (GE, Siemens, etc.) preferred
7+ years of hands-on experience in turbine installation and mechanical site supervision
Strong track record leading large-scale industrial installation projects (power plants, refineries, LNG, etc.)
Deep familiarity with turbine alignment, heavy lifting operations, and critical path execution
Expert in interpreting technical drawings and turbine OEM procedures
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Capable of handling complex, high-pressure installation environments with minimal oversight
Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project), and construction software (Procore, Aconex, etc.)
OSHA/NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification
Rigging Supervisor or Lift Planning credentials
OEM training in turbine systems (e.g., GE STAG, Siemens SST/SGT)
