We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Junior Site Supervisor – Turbine Installations to assist in the field coordination and execution of turbine installation projects. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on mechanical knowledge, eager to grow into a supervisory position within turbine construction and commissioning environments in power generation, oil & gas, or industrial energy sectors.
Assist senior supervisors and engineers in overseeing day-to-day turbine installation activities on site.
Ensure proper handling, positioning, and assembly of gas or steam turbines and auxiliary systems.
Monitor and report on installation progress and any field deviations or delays.
Liaise with site technicians, contractors, and crane operators to ensure alignment with work schedules.
Help verify manpower availability and readiness of tools, lifting equipment, and turbine components.
Maintain daily site logs, checklists, and installation records as directed.
Assist in compiling installation photos, progress charts, and technical punch lists.
Adhere to and promote safety policies including PPE use, permit-to-work, and LOTO procedures.
Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure basic hazard control practices are followed.
Support the inspection of incoming turbine parts for damage and compliance with specifications.
Ensure readiness of rigging equipment, alignment tools, and assembly jigs prior to major lifts or mechanical tasks.

Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Recent graduates with industrial internship experience are encouraged to apply
0–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical installation, preferably in turbines, rotating equipment, or heavy machinery
Exposure to field erection, mechanical commissioning, or heavy lift activities is a plus
Basic understanding of turbine components and mechanical installation practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to work in field conditions and remote locations
Team player with a desire to learn and grow in mechanical site supervision
Basic Safety Training (e.g., OSHA 10/30, H2S, Work at Height)
Rigging and lifting awareness certification
Familiarity with turbine OEM documentation (GE, Siemens, etc.)
