We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to lead and manage on-site construction activities for complex projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to oversee teams, ensure compliance, and drive construction progress in line with project timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end site operations across various project phases.
Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth execution of construction works.
Supervise and coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications with accuracy.
Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved designs, standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and compliance with design and specifications.
Prepare and review progress reports, material submittals, inspection requests, and site documentation.
Lead technical problem-solving on-site and provide engineering solutions to challenges.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams to align execution with overall project objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in site engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, site management, and engineering best practices.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Strong understanding of HSE standards, QA/QC protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Professional Engineering License or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH) is a plus.
Experience managing large-scale projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
