We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in site execution and project coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical aspects of on-site construction, ensuring high-quality execution, and supporting the project team in meeting deadlines and compliance standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead sub-teams effectively.
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure they align with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices on-site.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Assist in planning material and labor requirements and monitor their utilization.
Help resolve technical or site-related challenges efficiently.
Support documentation such as as-built drawings, material approvals, and site logs.
Liaise with local authorities or regulatory bodies when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
2–5 years of proven experience in a Site Engineer or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering procedures.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and basic project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
Solid understanding of site safety standards and quality control procedures.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Flexibility to travel or relocate depending on project location.
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Exposure to project management practices and cost control techniques.
Certification in health and safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage.
