We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will work closely with the site team to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. This role is perfect for recent engineering graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites.
Monitor and report project progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.
Help prepare and maintain project documentation such as work schedules, reports, and site diaries.
Assist in site surveys, measurements, and technical drawings.
Identify and resolve any technical issues or site-related challenges under supervision.
Support quality control and safety compliance procedures.
Attend site meetings and contribute to planning and execution discussions.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in a similar role (internship or project experience is acceptable).
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.
Experience with project management tools or construction management software.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites.
