Overview of the Role

The Shutdown and Turnaround I and C Supervisor at Talent Pool is a vital role responsible for overseeing and coordinating instrumentation and control activities during scheduled shutdowns and turnarounds. As a junior-level professional, you will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure that all instrumentation and control systems are maintained, tested, and restored efficiently and safely. This role requires a detailed understanding of industrial control systems, safety protocols, and project management principles to facilitate seamless execution of shutdown activities, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing detailed work plans for instrumentation and control activities during shutdowns and turnarounds, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and scheduling adherence.
• Execution Oversight: Supervise and support the execution of I&C tasks, ensuring work is performed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and industry regulations, conducting safety briefings and ensuring all team members adhere to safety procedures throughout the shutdown process.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality, perform inspections, and verify that all instrumentation and control systems are installed, tested, and commissioned correctly.
