As a Mid-Level Sensor Wiring and Termination Technician, you will independently perform the wiring, routing, and termination of sensors and related field devices at manufacturing or industrial sites. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, compliance with standards, and support troubleshooting of wiring and connection issues.
Perform wiring, routing, and termination of sensor cables according to electrical and instrumentation schematics and standards.
Install and connect sensors and instrumentation field devices, ensuring proper grounding and shielding.
Troubleshoot and repair wiring faults and connection issues independently or in coordination with engineering teams.
Conduct inspections and testing of wiring installations to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain and update wiring documentation, including as-built drawings and termination records.
Support commissioning activities related to sensor and instrumentation wiring.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.
Mentor junior wiring technicians when needed.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in sensor wiring and termination at industrial or manufacturing sites
Strong knowledge of wiring standards, electrical codes, and instrumentation diagrams
Proficient with electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment
Good problem-solving and communication skills
