Job Title: Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP of HR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and influential Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP of HR) to lead key HR initiatives and partner with executive leadership to shape the organization’s people strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions—including talent strategy, leadership development, and HR operations—ensuring alignment with the company's business goals. The SVP will serve as a critical advisor on culture, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring a consistent, people-first approach across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    Guide long-term human capital strategy in alignment with business priorities.

  • Functional Oversight:
    Lead critical HR domains such as Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations.

  • Talent Strategy & Development:
    Implement leadership development programs and high-potential talent pipelines.

  • Culture & Engagement:
    Drive culture-building efforts, employee experience programs, and DEI initiatives.

  • HR Operations & Systems:
    Optimize HR systems, processes, and service delivery for scalability and impact.

  • Executive Collaboration:
    Advise and support executive leadership on workforce planning, structure, and performance alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 12–16 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–6 years in a senior or executive-level HR leadership role

  • Strong track record of implementing enterprise HR strategies in dynamic or large-scale organizations

  • Expertise in leadership development, performance management, and HR transformation

  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance frameworks

  • Visionary leadership with the ability to drive culture and change

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational priorities

  • Proficiency with HR analytics, systems (HRIS), and performance dashboards
