The Senior HVAC Sales Engineer (Junior Level) supports the sales team by providing technical assistance, preparing proposals, and assisting in client coordination for HVAC projects. This role focuses on understanding customer requirements, learning HVAC system fundamentals, and contributing to sales operations and solution development.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and documentation for HVAC system offerings (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, VRF, etc.).
Support the sales team in analyzing client inquiries and preparing compliance statements based on project specs and BOQs.
Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and estimation teams to gather required inputs for proposals.
Conduct preliminary HVAC system selections and sizing with guidance from senior engineers.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to gain field and market exposure.
Maintain CRM data, customer records, and follow-up schedules for assigned sales leads.
Monitor industry trends, market prices, and competitor offerings to support commercial decisions.
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Building Services.
0–2 years of experience in HVAC system sales, design, or estimation (internship/apprenticeship acceptable).
Basic understanding of HVAC components, refrigeration cycles, and load calculations.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, HAP, or similar software is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn HVAC product lines and solution selling strategies.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
