The Senior Business Development Executive (Senior Level) is responsible for leading high-level client acquisition, strategic sales planning, and revenue generation activities across complex and large-scale projects. This role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint in key markets by managing major accounts, securing long-term contracts, and representing the organization in high-stakes negotiations. The position demands strong industry expertise, market intelligence, and a proven track record of successful deal closures in B2B sectors.
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives in sectors such as engineering, infrastructure, oil & gas, mechanical products, or staffing services.
Lead the full sales lifecycle — from lead identification to contract closure — for large-scale or strategic accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, procurement heads, consultants, and developers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee development of complex, multi-line proposals and bids in coordination with technical, estimation, and legal teams.
Ensure technical-commercial alignment, pricing strategy, and win themes are clearly defined and executed.
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities.
Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and forums to elevate brand presence.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure solution readiness and service excellence.
Mentor junior business development staff and support their growth through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Maintain detailed records of opportunities, client communications, and deal progress using CRM tools.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance reports to executive management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
7–12+ years of experience in B2B business development or technical solution sales
Proven success in closing high-value contracts and managing large client accounts
Strong experience in GCC markets, including working with EPCs, government clients, or industrial operators
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), MS Office, and proposal tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license required; willingness to travel within GCC
