The Senior Business Development Executive (Mid-Level) is responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, proposal management, and relationship building. This role involves active market engagement, opportunity qualification, and execution of sales strategies across key sectors such as industrial services, engineering solutions, or staffing. The position requires both independent sales activity and cross-functional collaboration to close deals and expand market share.
Identify and approach potential clients through strategic outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals, bids, and RFQ responses in collaboration with internal teams.
Ensure that all submissions are compliant, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
Execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and proposals.
Monitor regional market trends, tender announcements, and competitor movements.
Generate insights to support strategic decision-making and market positioning.
Update CRM systems with leads, meetings, proposals, and outcomes.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on progress, forecasts, and market feedback.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in B2B business development or technical sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts
Strong understanding of sales cycles, proposal development, and negotiation processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
GCC market experience preferred; UAE driving license is an advantage
