The Senior Business Development Executive (Junior Level) supports client acquisition, market outreach, and opportunity development across assigned industry sectors. Though an entry-level role in terms of experience, the position carries responsibility for lead engagement, proposal coordination, and initial sales cycle involvement under the guidance of senior executives.
Research potential clients and assist in identifying project opportunities.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate initial interest.
Support in scheduling meetings and preparing introductory presentations for prospects.
Maintain follow-up communication to support client engagement.
Assist in preparing commercial proposals, prequalification documents, and bid submissions.
Coordinate with internal departments for product data, pricing, and compliance documents.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and active tenders.
Maintain updated records of key contacts and market intelligence.
Log all client communications, leads, and opportunity stages into the CRM system.
Submit weekly activity reports and assist with sales forecasting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
Knowledge of the industry (mechanical, industrial, recruitment, or relevant sector) is an advantage
