We are seeking a proactive and mechanically inclined Junior Sanitary Valve Installation Supervisor to assist in overseeing the installation, alignment, and commissioning of sanitary valve systems in hygienic processing environments such as food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology facilities. Assist in the proper installation and alignment of various sanitary valves including diaphragm, butterfly, ball, and check valves.
Support connection of valves to sanitary piping using tri-clamp, weld, or flange fittings under guidance.
Follow installation drawings, P&IDs, and layout plans for valve positioning and orientation.
Help ensure valves are installed per sanitary design guidelines (3-A, EHEDG, ASME BPE).
Assist in checking surface finish, gasket compatibility, and dead-leg reduction during installation.
Maintain cleanliness of valves and fittings during and after installation to prevent contamination.
Record installation details including valve tag numbers, lot numbers, and material certifications.
Support preparation of installation checklists and verification reports for quality assurance.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for weld inspections, material traceability, and system integrity checks.
Handle sanitary tools, torque wrenches, clamps, and safety gear in a clean and controlled manner.
Assist in preparing valve mounting surfaces, pipe supports, and access points prior to installation.
Follow safety protocols for working in cleanrooms or hygienic zones.
Participate in training sessions on sanitary valve types, hygienic installation practices, and industry regulations.
Develop familiarity with valve automation components (actuators, sensors, control modules).
Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and installation manuals.
Diploma or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, or a related technical field.
0–2 years of experience in mechanical installation or sanitary systems (internship or trainee experience acceptable).
Basic knowledge of sanitary components and cleanroom protocols.
Familiarity with tools and fittings used in hygienic piping systems.
Exposure to GMP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, food)
Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs
Basic understanding of hygienic design principles and valve functions
