Sales Supervisor

Servtech Technical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the AE region. As a mid-level professional, the Sales Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve and surpass company targets. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the technical sales environment, and the ability to develop innovative sales strategies that align with our company's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, mentoring sales staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to foster long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the AE market, aligning with the company's overall business goals to maximize revenue and market share.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, informing strategic decision-making.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales initiatives with operational capabilities.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, prepare proposals, and ensure contractual agreements are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contractual agreements, providing regular reports to senior management.
