The Sales and Business Development Manager – Boilers is responsible for driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion for industrial and commercial boiler solutions. This includes fire-tube, water-tube, electric, and waste heat recovery boilers. The role involves project tracking, client engagement, tendering, and working with engineering and service teams to deliver turnkey thermal energy solutions across sectors like oil & gas, food processing, power, chemicals, and district energy.
Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets for packaged and custom boiler systems.
Promote boiler solutions for new installations, retrofits, maintenance contracts, and energy efficiency upgrades.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through project tracking, site visits, networking, and participation in industry events.
Engage with consultants, EPCs, facility operators, and procurement teams to influence specifications.
Lead the preparation of techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams.
Respond to RFQs, review tender documents, and participate in contract negotiations.
Conduct boiler product presentations, system sizing consultations, and application-based discussions with clients.
Support clients with emissions compliance, fuel selection, and energy cost optimization.
Manage relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable communication and post-sale coordination.
Track sales pipeline and provide monthly performance and forecast reports.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to refine positioning strategy.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Thermodynamics (preferred)
6–10 years of experience in industrial boiler sales or thermal system business development
Strong technical knowledge of boiler types, combustion systems, and heat transfer fundamentals
Familiarity with ASME, ISO, and local code requirements for boiler installations
GCC market experience and valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred
Boiler system technical sales
Energy efficiency and emissions compliance knowledge
Strong proposal and tendering ability
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Project tracking and CRM proficiency
