The Mid-Level Sales Engineer – Service Valves plays a key role in managing sales and service solutions for industrial valve systems, focusing on after-market support, technical consultation, and customer relationship management. This role involves engaging with clients to understand service requirements, preparing detailed proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Manage client inquiries for valve servicing, including diagnostics, repairs, retrofitting, and replacements.
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for service contracts, AMCs, and shutdown maintenance projects.
Conduct site visits to assess valve conditions, identify service needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with field service teams, OEMs, and internal departments to ensure efficient project execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and long-term service contracts.
Provide technical presentations and post-sales support for maintenance planning and spare part availability.
Monitor ongoing service projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor service offerings to improve value propositions.
Support junior engineers and technicians with technical guidance and project documentation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3–6 years of experience in industrial valve service sales or maintenance roles
Sound knowledge of valve types, servicing procedures, and OEM standards
Proven experience in client handling and project coordination
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and technical documentation
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Willingness to travel for client visits, inspections, and shutdown support
