The Junior Sales Engineer – Service Valves is responsible for supporting the sales and service activities related to industrial valve systems, particularly post-installation services such as maintenance, inspection, and replacement. The role involves technical coordination, client engagement, and assisting in proposal preparation, all under the mentorship of senior sales engineers.
Assist in preparing sales proposals and service offers for valve inspection, repair, and replacement projects.
Provide technical support to customers for identifying service needs related to control valves, safety valves, gate/globe valves, etc.
Coordinate with service teams for scheduling site visits and maintenance work.
Maintain customer records, service logs, and documentation for all ongoing projects.
Attend client meetings, under supervision, to understand requirements and present solutions.
Follow up on quotations and contribute to lead conversion and after-sales support.
Support inventory management by coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams.
Learn to interpret valve datasheets, drawings, and maintenance manuals.
Stay updated on valve technologies, industry standards, and service best practices.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
0–2 years of experience in industrial valve sales or maintenance (internships accepted)
Basic knowledge of valve types, operation, and servicing procedures
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Willingness to learn, travel to industrial sites, and grow in technical sales
