We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. As a fresher-level Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mechanical equipment solutions to clients in the Oil & Gas, Power Plants, and EPC Contractors sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about engineering, sales, and building long-term client relationships.
Promote and sell mechanical equipment, including valves, turbines, pumps, compressors, and other related products.
Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations for potential clients.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Identify and target potential customers in the Oil & Gas, Power Plants, and EPC Contractors sectors.
Support senior sales engineers in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
Track and report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
Attend product training and industry seminars to enhance technical knowledge.
Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery and installation of equipment.
Assist in after-sales support and customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong interest in sales and engineering.
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment used in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, and EPC Contractors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic software applications.
Internship or academic projects related to mechanical equipment or sales.
Knowledge of industry standards and technical specifications.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
