We are hiring a seasoned Senior Rotating Equipment Supervisor to lead and manage the maintenance, reliability, and turnaround operations for all major rotating assets across our facilities. This senior role requires deep technical expertise, proven leadership in high-risk industrial environments, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will drive strategic maintenance execution, ensure equipment uptime, and contribute to continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance.
Lead the planning, supervision, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of rotating equipment including large compressors, pumps, turbines, and motors.
Manage major equipment overhauls, shutdowns, and turnarounds ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Serve as a technical authority in diagnostics, condition monitoring, failure analysis, and performance optimization.
Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
Collaborate with reliability engineering and planning teams to optimize maintenance intervals and enhance equipment uptime.
Track and report KPIs related to rotating equipment performance and downtime.
Lead and mentor a team of junior supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and develop skill enhancement plans.
Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE policies, industry standards, and statutory regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and participate in incident investigations.
Oversee QA/QC checks and ensure job completion documentation meets compliance requirements.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and external vendors during planning and execution of major equipment events.
Support project teams with input during commissioning and equipment modifications.
Review and approve work scopes, job plans, and contractor performance for rotating equipment.
Strategic leadership in rotating equipment reliability and maintenance

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
Advanced technical certifications in rotating equipment are highly desirable.
10–15 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance and reliability.
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or lead role in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation sectors.
Proven experience managing shutdowns/turnarounds and handling large-capacity rotating machines.
Expert-level knowledge of alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication systems.
Proficient in CMMS (SAP, Maximo), planning software, and reliability analytics tools.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage large teams in high-pressure environments.
Category II or III Vibration Analysis

OEM-specific training (e.g., API 610, 617 equipment)
