🧩 Job Summary:

The Senior Robotics Control Engineer is a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and managing advanced robotic control systems for complex industrial automation projects. This role involves leading robotics integration efforts, mentoring engineering teams, ensuring system reliability, safety compliance, and driving innovation through cutting-edge technologies in robotics and automation.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of sophisticated robotic control solutions for industrial applications (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, logistics).

  • Architect and program robotic systems using languages such as RAPID, KRL, URScript, VAL3, and coordinate with simulation tools like RobotStudio and RoboDK.

  • Oversee integration of robots with PLCs, sensors, vision systems, and safety devices, ensuring seamless operation across complex automation cells.

  • Manage commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of robotic cells and entire manufacturing lines.

  • Define and enforce robotics safety standards following ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA, and relevant industry regulations.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including integration with MES, IIoT platforms, and advanced analytics.

  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, lead technical reviews, and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.

  • Develop detailed technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and validation protocols.

✅ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering

  • 7+ years of experience in robotic control engineering and industrial automation

  • Proven track record leading robotics projects from concept to commissioning

  • Expertise in multiple robotic platforms and programming languages

  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and automation best practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex robotic systems and propose innovative solutions
