We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in analyzing mechanical equipment performance, supporting reliability improvement projects, and implementing maintenance strategies to enhance asset availability and reduce downtime. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in reliability engineering within mechanical systems.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing mechanical equipment performance and failure data.
Support the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance programs.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
Collect and organize equipment operational and maintenance data for reliability assessments.
Use reliability tools and software to analyze failure modes and downtime causes.
Help prepare reliability reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) tracking.
Support the creation and review of preventive maintenance plans for mechanical assets.
Work with maintenance and operations teams to improve maintenance effectiveness and reduce unplanned outages.
Assist in optimizing spare parts inventory based on reliability data.
Participate in reliability improvement initiatives and project teams.
Support training sessions to promote reliability best practices across teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and reliability engineering methods.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance engineering (internships or academic projects acceptable).
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance processes.
Familiarity with reliability concepts such as RCM, FMEA, and RCA.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to reliability software (e.g., SAP PM, RCM tools) is a plus.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Basic reliability or maintenance certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician – CMRT) are a plus.
Safety training certifications (OSHA 10 or equivalent) preferred.
