Job Summary:

The Senior Regional Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing sales operations across a designated region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, market expansion, and effective team performance. This senior role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, and relationship management with key clients and partners, while providing leadership and support to regional sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the regional sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with overall company strategy.

  • Monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching, and ensure accountability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.

  • Analyze regional sales trends, market data, and competitor activity to adjust strategies.

  • Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities within the region.

  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure brand visibility, service quality, and sales compliance.

  • Manage regional reporting, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.

  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales representatives in the region.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 6–10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a regional supervisory role.

  • Proven success in managing sales teams and exceeding sales targets.

  • Deep understanding of territory management, customer segmentation, and channel development.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
