We are seeking a strategic and accomplished Recruitment Supervisor (Senior Level) to lead end-to-end recruitment operations, align hiring practices with business goals, and drive excellence across the talent acquisition function. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, working closely with leadership to fulfill manpower plans, and ensuring a seamless, compliant, and effective hiring process. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment analytics, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality talent in dynamic environments.
Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets across all business units.
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including strategic sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for key positions.
Collaborate with senior management and department heads to define workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies.
Oversee and continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Manage recruitment systems (ATS), maintain accurate talent pipelines, and produce analytics for reporting and forecasting.
Evaluate and implement sourcing strategies across platforms (job boards, social media, referral programs, headhunting).
Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize performance accordingly.
Represent the company at job fairs, university outreach events, and networking platforms to enhance employer branding.
Resolve complex recruitment challenges and support organizational growth initiatives with scalable talent solutions.
Ensure adherence to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and local labor law practices in all hiring activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
7–10+ years of experience in recruitment, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Expertise in high-volume and specialized recruitment, across local and international markets
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, hiring compliance, and talent acquisition technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM systems)
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build strong employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
Strong data-driven approach to recruitment decision-making
