Job Title: Recruitment Supervisor (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Supervisor (Mid-Level) to lead and coordinate recruitment operations across various departments. This role is responsible for managing a team of recruiters, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring talent acquisition aligns with organizational needs and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and compliance, with the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.

  • Manage job postings, internal and external sourcing channels, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure consistency and compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and diversity standards.

  • Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) usage and ensure accurate, real-time candidate data management.

  • Conduct interviews for mid-to-senior roles and provide final candidate recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and generate regular reports for HR leadership.

  • Support employer branding efforts through career events, online presence, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and recruitment compliance

  • Proficient in ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SAP SuccessFactors)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies across functions

  • Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines for various roles
