We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Supervisor (Mid-Level) to lead and coordinate recruitment operations across various departments. This role is responsible for managing a team of recruiters, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring talent acquisition aligns with organizational needs and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and compliance, with the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
Supervise and guide the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
Manage job postings, internal and external sourcing channels, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistency and compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and diversity standards.
Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) usage and ensure accurate, real-time candidate data management.
Conduct interviews for mid-to-senior roles and provide final candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and generate regular reports for HR leadership.
Support employer branding efforts through career events, online presence, and recruitment campaigns.
Identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process and recommend enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and recruitment compliance
Proficient in ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SAP SuccessFactors)
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies across functions
Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines for various roles
