We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Supervisor (Junior Level) to support the recruitment team in managing day-to-day hiring activities and delivering efficient staffing solutions. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and a desire to step into a supervisory role. The candidate will assist in coordinating job postings, scheduling, candidate communication, and guiding junior recruiters to meet recruitment targets.
Coordinate recruitment tasks and support junior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
Liaise with department heads to understand role requirements and support in shortlisting.
Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure hiring activities remain on schedule.
Support recruitment reporting, including pipeline tracking, interview outcomes, and hiring status.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Escalate complex recruitment challenges to senior HR management as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition support roles
Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Basic understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Eagerness to grow into a leadership role within recruitment operations
