We are seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Recruiting Assistant to provide advanced support to the recruitment team in coordinating end-to-end hiring activities. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in recruitment support who can independently manage candidate communication, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Manage high-volume interview scheduling and coordination for multiple departments.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
Pre-screen CVs and assist recruiters in identifying strong candidate profiles.
Maintain and update candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Draft and send offer letters and assist with background check processes.
Generate and maintain recruitment activity reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Assist with onboarding preparation and orientation logistics for new hires.
Provide mentorship to junior recruiting assistants or interns as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in a recruiting support or HR coordination role
Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment workflows
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
