Job Title: Recruiting Assistant (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Recruiting Assistant (Junior Level) to support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating recruitment processes and providing a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals beginning their HR career who have strong communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment operations. The candidate will play a key role in scheduling, documentation, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on career sites, internal portals, and social media platforms.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Perform initial screening of resumes and applications to identify basic role fit.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback.

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and coordinating joining formalities.

  • Assist in recruitment reporting, data entry, and recruitment-related documentation.

  • Help organize career fairs, walk-in interviews, or hiring events as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience acceptable)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ATS is a plus

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about recruitment and HR functions
