We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Recruiting Assistant (Junior Level) to support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating recruitment processes and providing a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals beginning their HR career who have strong communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment operations. The candidate will play a key role in scheduling, documentation, and candidate engagement.
Assist in posting job openings on career sites, internal portals, and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
Perform initial screening of resumes and applications to identify basic role fit.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate with candidates regarding interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback.
Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and coordinating joining formalities.
Assist in recruitment reporting, data entry, and recruitment-related documentation.
Help organize career fairs, walk-in interviews, or hiring events as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience acceptable)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ATS is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about recruitment and HR functions
