Overview of the Role
The Quality Manager – HVAC Systems and Equipment at Talent Pool is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all HVAC-related products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, quality assurance processes, and industry standards. The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance initiatives, develop and implement quality control procedures, and collaborate closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Based in the AE region, the successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing product reliability, safety, and performance, thereby supporting the company's reputation for excellence in HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Quality Inspection and Control: Oversee incoming raw materials, in-process manufacturing, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality benchmarks.

Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards, conduct audits, and resolve quality issues to ensure the integrity of supply chain inputs.

Product Testing and Validation: Coordinate rigorous testing protocols for HVAC systems and equipment, including performance testing, durability assessments, and safety evaluations.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all products and processes meet local and international standards, such as ISO certifications, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures to mitigate recurrence.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed quality reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation for management review and regulatory submissions.
