Overview of the Role
The QA and Monitoring Supervisor is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and monitoring activities within the organization. The Supervisor will lead a team of quality assurance analysts and monitoring staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accuracy, and accountability. Based in the AE region, this mid-level position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Policies: Design, update, and enforce comprehensive QA policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality standards across all operational units.

Monitor Operational Activities: Oversee real-time and retrospective monitoring of calls, transactions, or processes to evaluate compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Lead and Manage QA Team: Supervise, train, and motivate QA analysts and monitoring staff, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching.

Conduct Quality Audits and Assessments: Perform regular audits and assessments to measure adherence to policies, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

Analyze Performance Data: Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics and KPIs to inform management decisions and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, training, and compliance teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
