Team Mentorship & Process Improvement

  • Mentor junior QA/QC engineers and inspectors, provide technical training, and guide quality-related decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in valve quality control processes, procedures, and documentation practices.

  • Recommend updates to quality procedures to incorporate lessons learned and industry best practices.

  • Proven experience handling large construction/commissioning projects involving valve systems

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of valve types, installation best practices, and pressure testing requirements
