The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for leading product initiatives, enhancing product value, and ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, high-level stakeholder communication, deep market insight, and mentoring junior team members. The senior specialist is expected to drive product growth through data-driven decisions and cross-functional leadership.
Lead product analysis and strategy for key offerings across the product lifecycle.
Conduct deep market and competitive research to identify opportunities and risks.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to define product features and go-to-market strategies.
Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients or complex product escalations.
Define and track key product performance metrics (KPIs).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical sales.
