The Product Specialist in mid level plays a key role in supporting the development, positioning, and success of products by bridging customer needs with technical solutions. This role involves managing product lifecycles, conducting market research, supporting sales efforts, and working cross-functionally with development, marketing, and operations teams.
Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and roadmap.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products and support internal teams with product-related inquiries.
Prepare product presentations, marketing collateral, and training materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
Participate in the testing and rollout of new product features and enhancements.
Support the sales team with demos, technical documentation, and customer meetings.
Monitor product performance and provide insights for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2–5 years of experience in product support, technical sales, or product management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or CRM platforms.
Experience with market research and customer needs assessment.
Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly information.
