The Junior Product Specialist supports the product team in managing product-related tasks, including research, documentation, coordination, and basic customer support. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience looking to start a career in product management or technical sales support.
Assist in gathering and analyzing product and market data.
Support the development and maintenance of product documentation and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure product information is up to date.
Respond to basic product inquiries from clients or internal staff.
Help monitor competitor products and industry trends.
Participate in product training sessions and assist in preparing training materials.
Document customer feedback and assist in product improvement efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
