Job Summary:

The Junior Product Specialist supports the product team in managing product-related tasks, including research, documentation, coordination, and basic customer support. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience looking to start a career in product management or technical sales support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing product and market data.

  • Support the development and maintenance of product documentation and presentations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure product information is up to date.

  • Respond to basic product inquiries from clients or internal staff.

  • Help monitor competitor products and industry trends.

  • Participate in product training sessions and assist in preparing training materials.

  • Document customer feedback and assist in product improvement efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in product support, technical sales, or a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or product management tools is a plus.
