As a Senior Principal Sales Engineer specializing in API Pumps, you will take a leadership role in strategic business development, high-value project execution, and technical sales for critical rotating equipment. You will oversee major accounts, manage complex bids, and act as the technical authority on API pump solutions, driving business growth and building long-term client relationships across oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
Lead high-value technical and commercial proposals for API pump projects (API 610), ensuring best-in-class solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, EPCs, and strategic clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Provide advanced technical consultancy to clients, addressing complex pumping requirements and offering engineered solutions.
Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies.
Lead pricing strategy, bid negotiation, and contract finalization for large-scale projects.
Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Represent the company at global exhibitions, technical forums, and industry events.
Deliver detailed market intelligence reports and competitor analysis to inform executive decisions.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree is a plus
7+ years of experience in API pump sales or rotating equipment, with a proven sales track record

Strong network within the oil & gas and EPC sectors
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Proficient in CRM tools, ERP systems, and technical drawing interpretation
Willingness to travel extensively and represent the company at an executive level
