Support minor adjustments or component replacements (e.g., worn belts, gaskets, or fittings).
Data Logging & Reporting
Record maintenance actions, equipment condition, and anomalies in logbooks or CMMS systems.
Report unusual vibrations, overheating, or component wear to senior technicians or supervisors.
Tool Handling & Inventory Support
Use hand tools, grease guns, basic diagnostic tools, and measurement instruments under supervision.
Assist in tracking PM toolkits, spare parts, and consumables in maintenance stores.
Safety & Compliance
Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE requirements, and chemical handling procedures.
Attend toolbox talks, job safety briefings, and EHS training sessions.
Support During Maintenance Shutdowns
Provide hands-on assistance during major equipment PM, cleaning, flushing, or rebuild activities under guidance.
Support disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of mechanical components.
