    • Develop and oversee asset health monitoring strategies across critical machinery in the facility.

    • Align predictive maintenance programs with organizational reliability goals and KPIs.

  • Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:

    • Perform and validate complex diagnostics using vibration spectrum analysis, waveform data, phase analysis, and modal analysis.

    • Conduct in-depth failure investigations and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce recurrence.

    • Serve as the SME for all rotating equipment health assessments and corrective strategies.

  • Program Development & Optimization:

    • Standardize condition monitoring processes, tools, and data management systems.

    • Implement or upgrade predictive maintenance software, databases, and IoT-based solutions.

    • Design equipment monitoring routes and integrate findings with CMMS and reliability-centered maintenance plans.

  • Team Supervision & Mentorship:

    • Lead and mentor a team of predictive maintenance technicians and junior engineers.

    • Develop technical training programs and performance improvement plans for staff.

    • Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous skills development within the maintenance and reliability teams.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with reliability engineers, operations, and OEMs to support critical machinery performance.

    • Contribute to capital projects, shutdown planning, and long-term asset management initiatives.

    • Act as a key liaison during technical audits, root cause analyses, and risk assessments.

  • Compliance, Safety & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and corporate maintenance standards.

    • Maintain detailed reports, trend analyses, and diagnostics histories.

    • Champion a culture of safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Key Focus Areas:

  1. Expert-Level Vibration Analysis & Diagnostics:
Mastery in interpreting complex vibration data and diagnosing equipment faults (e.g., resonance, misalignment, bearing failures).

  2. Program Strategy & Leadership:
Lead the design and evolution of predictive maintenance programs with a long-term reliability focus.

  3. Precision Maintenance:
Oversight of laser alignment, dynamic balancing, and high-accuracy field services for rotating assets.

  4. Technology Integration:
Experience with CMMS, real-time monitoring platforms, and data analytics to support predictive strategies.

  5. Team Development & Mentoring:
Build technical competency and leadership within the maintenance team through coaching and training.

  6. Continuous Improvement & Reliability Culture:
Drive initiatives that reduce downtime, extend asset life, and improve maintenance ROI through predictive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 8–12 years of experience in predictive maintenance or rotating equipment reliability, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.

  • Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO CAT III or IV preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment in industrial environments (e.g., turbines, compressors, pumps, fans).

  • Proficiency in vibration monitoring systems and tools (e.g., CSI 2140, Pruftechnik, SKF, Emerson).

  • Experience with CMMS and condition monitoring platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, System1).

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
