  • Team Development & Skill Building
(Coach technicians and junior supervisors, conduct skill matrix reviews, and organize cross-training)

  • Technical Coordination
(Liaise with engineering on build validation, assembly jigs/fixtures, and new method deployment)

  • Production Planning Support
(Align manpower and workflow to daily/weekly production goals and troubleshoot bottlenecks)

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Production Engineering.

  • 3–7 years of experience in powertrain assembly or mechanical manufacturing leadership.

  • Strong understanding of powertrain systems, torque procedures, assembly sequencing, and quality standards.

  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, build sheets, and BOMs.

  • Proficient in using ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in internal combustion, hybrid, or electric powertrain builds.
