We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Senior Plumber to oversee and execute advanced plumbing tasks across residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role involves leading plumbing projects, diagnosing complex issues, ensuring code compliance, and mentoring junior team members. Lead installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures.
Inspect plumbing systems to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance.
Supervise and train junior plumbers and apprentices on tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and clients on plumbing-related matters.
Manage project timelines, materials, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain thorough documentation of work completed, inspections, and code compliance.
Respond to emergency plumbing issues and service calls as needed.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience.
Valid plumber’s license or journeyman/master certification as required by local law.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, materials, and tools.
Proven experience in project planning and crew supervision.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
