We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Piping Fabricator / Fitter to support piping fabrication, fitting, and installation activities under the supervision of senior technicians and supervisors. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with basic knowledge of pipe systems and tools, looking to build a career in industrial piping within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling pipes according to isometric drawings and specifications.
Use hand and power tools for grinding, beveling, threading, and fitting pipe components.
Perform basic tack welding or support welders in pipe joint preparation.
Support the installation of piping systems including supports, flanges, gaskets, and valves.
Ensure proper alignment of pipe spools and components before welding or bolting.
Report any misalignments, defects, or material discrepancies to supervisors.
Safely handle fabrication tools and lifting equipment under guidance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop or site work area.
Learn the use of pipe cutting machines, pipe bending tools, and measuring instruments.
Follow all site safety regulations, including PPE usage and permit-to-work procedures.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.
Adhere to quality control processes during fabrication and installation tasks.
Continuously improve technical knowledge by observing and assisting experienced fitters.
Attend training sessions and comply with development plans assigned by supervisors.

0–2 years of experience in pipe fitting or fabrication (internships or training programs considered).

Willingness to learn and work in physically demanding environments
Basic Safety Training or Site Induction (e.g., OSHA, HSE awareness)
Entry-level welding or pipefitting certification is an advantage
