Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Monitoring:
• Operate packaging machines such as wrappers, sealers, labelers, and cartoners under supervision.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth and continuous packaging operations.
• Adjust machine settings according to product specifications and production requirements.
Quality Control & Troubleshooting:
• Assist in inspecting packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Learn to diagnose and report basic machine issues and malfunctions.
• Support senior operators in performing minor adjustments and troubleshooting tasks.
Safety and Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards during machine operation.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean work environment.
• Participate in safety training sessions to uphold a safe working atmosphere.
Maintenance & Record-Keeping:
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Help maintain accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, and corrective actions.
• Report any recurring issues or deviations to supervisors promptly.
Learning and Development:
• Participate in on-the-job training programs to build technical skills in packaging machine operation.
• Learn how to interpret machine indicators and perform quality checks.
• Engage with experienced team members to gain insight into best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or coursework in mechanical or electrical systems, industrial technology, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
• 0-1 years prior professional experience required; this is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career.
• Any internships, projects, or hands-on training related to machinery operation or industrial processes is advantageous.
Skills:
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in machine operation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating mechanical systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
Certifications (Preferred):
