PLC Programmer

🧩 Job Summary:

As a Fresher PLC Programmer, you will assist in developing, testing, and troubleshooting programmable logic controller (PLC) programs used in industrial automation. This role offers foundational experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and control system integration.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in programming PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) under supervision.

• Support debugging, testing, and commissioning of PLC control systems.

• Help develop and maintain ladder logic and function block diagrams.

• Assist in integrating PLCs with HMI/SCADA systems and other automation devices.

• Document PLC programs, test cases, and changes.

• Learn to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

🎯 Key Focus Areas:

• Basics of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text)

• Understanding of industrial control systems

• Familiarity with HMI and SCADA integration

• Troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Safety standards in industrial automation

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming concepts

• Internship or academic project experience in automation preferred

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong eagerness to learn and grow in industrial automation
