We are seeking a strategic and innovative Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cultural transformation, improving change management capability, and aligning talent strategies with long-term business goals.
Develop and implement organizational development (OD) strategies to support business transformation and continuous improvement.
Drive change management initiatives across departments to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Design and execute leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent pipeline initiatives.
Conduct organizational diagnostics through employee surveys, focus groups, and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and cultural alignment.
Lead employee engagement strategies, including action planning, communications, and progress monitoring.
Support the development of learning frameworks that strengthen key competencies across the organization.
Coordinate cross-functional workshops, coaching sessions, and interventions to foster high-performing teams.
Track and report on the effectiveness of OD interventions using clear metrics and KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5–8 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR strategy, with 2+ years in a managerial role
Proven experience in managing large-scale change initiatives and leadership development programs
Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills
Proficient in OD methodologies, diagnostic tools, and talent management frameworks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Certifications in OD, coaching, or change management (e.g., PROSCI, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a strong advantage
