We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Onboarding Specialist (Senior Level) to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's onboarding strategy. This role plays a critical part in shaping the employee experience from the moment of hire, ensuring smooth integration, compliance, and long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of HR operations, stakeholder management, and onboarding technologies, with a proven ability to enhance onboarding programs at scale.
Develop and lead a structured, scalable, and high-impact onboarding strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
Oversee all aspects of onboarding operations, from offer acceptance to post-probation engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Payroll, Facilities, Legal, and Line Managers) to ensure timely execution of onboarding tasks.
Facilitate onboarding orientations and learning sessions, both in-person and virtually, to engage new hires across departments and regions.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, and internal onboarding policies.
Maintain and enhance onboarding tools, workflows, and documentation within the HRIS and onboarding platforms.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using feedback, process audits, and onboarding metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, retention rates).
Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and leadership on onboarding trends, onboarding for strategic hires, and cultural integration.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior onboarding team members, ensuring consistency and service excellence.
Support global or regional onboarding rollouts in alignment with corporate standards and local compliance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6–8+ years of experience in onboarding, employee experience, or HR operations (including 2–3 years in a lead or senior specialist capacity)
Expertise in HRIS and onboarding platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, BambooHR)
Strong understanding of labor law, visa processes, and compliance frameworks (UAE/GCC knowledge is an advantage)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale onboarding processes
Strong analytical and project management skills
Certification in employee experience, onboarding strategy, or HR operations is a plus
